I initiated the Bluegreen responsible exit procedure with a bluegreen agent over phone on March 3rd 2025 and called them back 2 weeks later, because I still didn't receive forms, waited 2 more weeks and still nothing what should I do, any advice would be appreciated.

Did they take your credit card information during your phone call to pay the fee?
If not, call again and tell them you are ready to pay the fee.

If you have already paid, then I would be concerned.
Let us know as many have successfully used this exit program

I just saw you paid your fee about a month ago.

What is Bluegreen telling you when you call?
Are you talking to Owner Services?

Suggest you call and request you speak to them.
If they don’t have any answers ask them to open a case.
Write down the case number and follow up with a call about 10 days after but,
I suspect you will get a response soon.

Thanks for the response GrayFal and yes they allowed me to pay the quoted fee right then and there via credit card.

So there is a possibility it is “lost” in their system.
Contact Owner Services (if it truly has been 4 weeks) as suggested above to get things moving again.
It has happened to me when waiting for ROFR on two out of 9 contracts I sold this past 15 months.

Requesting they open a case got things resolved.

i called the 800-456-2582 FL number was transferred to a Cidia or a similar sounding name very nice person, reviewed my info on file and stated the only required sum or a little less than $1400.00 .I asked her exactly how the process works and she explained I would receive forms via a secure pdf format similar to how banks today can renew mortgages online with clients through secure channels, would be about a month the forms she said are self explanatory and once completed for me to email back via same secure channel. Then I would receive an official document a couple weeks later stating release from my returned timeshare contract. I was given a 6 digit confirmation number as well as an 8 digit case number. Should I still call now or wait a few more days?

Ok thanks GrayFal, I didn't see your end response about you suspecting they will respond soon, so thanks for the encouragement and interest sincerely appreciate it and I'm sure others do as well.
