I received a phone call regarding the selling of my timeshare from Resort Cancellation Service www(dot)ResortCS(dot).com. Has anyone used the service and what was the outcome?

The name of the company doesn't matter. They called you, which is a slam dunk indication that it is a scam.

Hi. Welcome to TUG. We get inquiries like this all the time. The phone call you received is a scam. I'm guessing the person told you that the company could sell your TS and fetch you way more money than what it is worth. Did you even have your TS listed for sale?

As Jim mentioned above, the name of the company does not matter. These TS scam companies change their names frequently. The two biggest ways to identify such a scam is that they called you unexpectedly and that they promised to sell it for way more money than market value.

If you are seriously looking at selling or giving away your TS, read this sticky:

Also, looking at the name of the company, did the person promise to cancel or sell your TS?

This is a well known scam - if you continue communicating with them, you will be tagged as an "easy mark," and get lots more scam phone calls. You should immediately cut them off, and block them on your phone. If you gave them your email address, you should block any emails from them.

You came to the right place for answers.
