This has started showing up in RCI. Anyone have a recent experience? This resort has multiple sections, I am asking about the Residences.

I have no information -but here is what RCI says
[ with no RCI reviews & lots of TripAdvisor reviews - I would assume it is a newly listed resort on RCI ]

RCI: FB83 lists as an optional all inclusive with unit sizes up to 3 bedrooms [ decent sq ft ]-partial kitchens and a resort fee + amenities fee
This RCI code only allows 1 unit every 2 years
Playa del Carmen Mexico

Resort Fee $ 10 per person / per stay
Amenities fee : hotel $ 260 - 1bd $ 300 -2bd $450 - 2bd $ 699
Reasonable TPU & Extra Vacation Costs
No reviews on RCI / 18,000 reviews on TripAdvisor
