Hi,
In a couple of weeks I plan to request a villa using banked staroptions.
Can I do this on line or do I need to call in the request? If I'm able to book
online, what time of the day do the reservations open? In other words am I able
to reserve at midnight, or do I need to wait until the morning?
Thank You, Sue

You can make the reservation at www.mystarcentral.com, at 12:00 midnight Eastern, at 8 mos. plus 1 day before check-in. For instance, tonight you can reserve May 10, 2015.

The inventory goes really quickly, so it would be a good idea to practice the process before you have to do it.

If you have never made your reservation online before, it might be confusing, and you might lose your reservation by being too slow, so I'd go online in advance and practice the process so you know how to do it. If you've done it before, it should be a piece of cake.
