reservation transactions ?

I know that non VIP's get 1 per 77K points. My question is do they round up? Say I purchase a 203k point contract (ignore what I already own) 203 divided by 77 equals 2.6 so would I get 2 or 3 reservation transactions?
 
I dont know the answer. but I will add a question

On small accounts (less than 77000 points) do you get one or zero transactions?

I've been told that everyone gets one, no matter how small the account. I don't think they round up (and knowing Wyndham not wanting to give anything for free, I would say it's a near-certainty).
 
don't take my response as accurate, but I would assume they do NOT round up... 203k points would get 2 reservation tokens. I believe if you had soley one contract below 77k, you would still get 1 free reservation token and 1 free guest certificate per year.
