Reservation transactions on transfer

I got a contract resale with full points for the year but no reservation transactions or guest certificates transferred. Is this normal or can I call and they will credit my account for these?
 
That's normal in my experience. Those are allocated on January 1st. I've never acquired a contract and had them transfer in.
 
I got a reservation and guest transaction returned to me even though the unit closed last month for 2014 points . I just called and spoke very nicely to the person at Wyndham. Doesn't hurt to ask.
 
I bought two resale contracts this year, both from owners with multiple contracts with Wyndham. The first contract was for 154K points, none of which were available for 2014, but there were 7 RTs that showed up when my account was created. The second contract was for 154K points, none of which were available for 2014, and no RTs showed up when that contract transferred to me. The 7 RTs were nice....since I have been figuring things out. I have made and cancelled several reservations since I had so many. I assume they will reset on 1/1/15 and I will not have as many.
