reservation strategy

I'm guessing a "dedicated" owner rep to help you with learning the ins and outs of the system to maximize your ownership. I've experience at several updates them asking me if I have a "dedicated" rep assigned to me to "help me with my VIP ownership". When I tell them no, that usually pivots the conversation to that if I would just buy more points, I would be assigned a "dedicated" rep that I could call at any time and that rep would help me book whatever I wanted, with discounts and upgrades. Just more sales weasel lies IMO.

We have had three or four "mentors" over the years, all of them way before 2000. They promised to help make reservations and I don't remember whatall else. One of them died. The other three also did nothing.

Same here. No follow-up from any of them.

Club Wyndham Access points (regardless of how purchased) can be used to make reservations thirteen months before check-in at resorts with CWA units. Otherwise, ten months.
ok so RTU is always club wyndham acess is that it ? so the best deal would be to buy at a cheap maintenance fees resort et then use the points within 10 months

Not if you want to book 3 or 4 bedroom Presidential units at Bonnet Creek or other popular resorts during Spring Break or New Years, etc.
help me figure out a way to get 3-4 bedroom presidential at bonnet creek in march every year

You will need Advance Reservation Priority at 13 months (definitely >10 months) either through Club Wyndham Access (multiple resort ARP) or a deeded ownership at Bonnet Creek. I think Bonnet Creek maintenance fees are a little less than CWA per thousand points, if Bonnet Creek is the only resort of interest to you. All of the resale points would need to be CWA or deeded, because the points do not combine for ARP reservations.
