I have two trips this year with friends and family. One in Orlando and a second in Phx. I plan on using options to book for both trips. But I need a second villa for each trip. If I try and book online at spg I notice there are only 1 bdrm villas available. Can I book thru the owners phone # a paid stay and are there any deals for owners looking to book nights at the resorts?

The Starwood timeshare division, and the hotel division are separate. If you call Starwood Owner Services for a SPG rental, they will probably just connect you to SPG. There is a small discount for owners, also, if you have SPG points, there are sometimes various offers using points & cash, 5th night free, etc.

Usually, it's a far better deal to rent from another owner who can use their Staroptions to make a Resv., put the Resv. in your name, and rent it to you. Legal and cheaper.

You can advertise for a Stawood rental, and also search for one, in the TUG Marketplace, linked in the red bar.
