I am new to Wyndham points this year and am not sure I got correct information from Wyndham. I booked three trips using 2008 points and used up my 2 reservation points, plus paid $30 for the last reservation. I also had to borrow 25 housekeeping credits from 2009 points. I just checked my account to book a 2009 trip, and I have no reservation points. I called and they said the reservation points are calendar year. If I book 2009 in 2008, I use 2008 reservation points and can't touch my 2009? That makes no sense, how do you split your points for more than 1 stay or book in the ARP if you can't access your 2009 reservation points?

Am I getting bad information or is this real?

Thanks,
Joan

RT - reservation transactions.

If you book all stays during one calendar day, it only costs you 1 Reservation Transaction. If you book Monday and call back Wednesday to book again, it is another reservation transaction. If you call back on Friday and change BOTH reservations, it is just 1 RT.

Don't know about borrowing RTs.
