This is a total newb question and could not find the answer here. Prob b/c it is a stupid question :)

I have 2 weeks worth 166k options and im looking to buy a resale at a mandatory resort for options. Wen i buy the resale, will the options get added to my account to use within SVN like the original options?

Yes - When you buy a resale with Staroptions, they are automatically included in your SVN Acct., and they can be combined with other Staroptions to make reservations. However, no resale deeds have StarPOINTS.

BTW - it is a very good question and I just clarified it in the FAQ.
