Resale Office

I was at the ocean walk resort this past weekend. I looked out the window from the elevator lobby and saw a building that got my curiosity up. You cant see it in this photo, but the sign says Timeshare Resales

I think I see a business opportunity....open one of these offices outside every Wyndham resort

Was there 3 years ago. Prices are still very high.

Good business but is it still taking advantage of people that Wyndham just finished taking advantage of?

When I was at Ocean Walk this spring I stopped at that office and inquired about purchasing a timeshare at Ocean Walk resale. The people were courtious and took time to talk to me. They had several timeshares listed but the price was way more than I found on TUG. If I remember right they listed 189,000 Wyndham points for $6000.00

This may be a good price in one or two years. The market for better locations seems to be improving for deeded properties, good week, etc.
