Hello

My VSE was recently activated. I own a mandatory VV Bella 2br LO. Platinum. I can go to the interval website and I created my user. I see in dashboard how to deposit my weeks, however I was under the impression I could search exchanges with a request first before depositing to see if something I wanted was in the pool. Is it a question of time before my II profile permits this or am I missing something?

Thank you for your help

I have a non-mandatory from SVV in II. I can look at inventory without depositing.

You go to Exchanges and then choose the All Destinations radio button and whatever dates you want to search:

Click on continue and it will ask you what unit you want to use:

I have two 2 BR lockoffs so I see a whole bunch there. Just choose the 2BR (it'll ask you later what part) of whatever year you're thinking. You don't need a specific week with Vistana like you do with Marriott.

You should then get a list of locations, and just browse from there.

you are not actually depositing, you are just searching but you have to chose the unit you are searching with. You only deposit 4-5 clicks away if you like what you found and follow all the steps including the confirmation.

Hello

Thanks for the answers. I understand the process the system just says that I don't have units to trade. I will call II this week to clarify.

That happened to me. Vistana and II don’t always match. I was able to have my II account match by working w/ II.

I just did a request first and after I cancelled it, I had to call Vistana to let them know I cancelled it so I could get my StarOptions put back.nItvwas the representative who took the third call who knew what to do, the other two reassured me they would show up like magic.
