I have two identical timeshare suites available at the original Sheraton Vistana Resort. Both are one-bedroom sleeps 4, and my Bonvoy account says they each have a balcony. Given the late date, I'd be happy to get $600 each.
I also have a suite at the Sheraton Vistana *Villages*, which I'm putting in a separate post.

This one-bedroom villa is in the Cascades section. It has a dining/living room with compact kitchen, and a separate bedroom. It also has a clothes washer and dryer.
The resort has been extensively renovated in the past few years. The Vistana has lots of things to do, including multiple pools, places to eat, tennis, sauna,, game room, and more!

My additional comments: I own a number of timeshares, mostly Sheratons, which I rent out often. I have extensive feedback (800+, all positive) on eBay, and accept credit card payments via Paypal. I provide my renters will a signed rental agreement. Please contact me with any questions!
