rental property insurance

Where you can find reasonable rental property insurance ? I will rent out my house soon, I need to find out more. thx.


premises medical protection for rental property is $1000.

Liability proection -each occurence is $200,000

According to my all state agent said. if the medical bill more than $1000. then the liability will kick in to pay the medical bill.

Is what the all state agent said is true ?

I contacted my original nationalwide agent, his quote is too high.
What is msstats here mean :they write your primary insurance

Contact that agent that writes your homeowners insurance. Most companies will not write rental property unless they write your primary insurance too
 
Tennessee Farmers Insurance.

We get rental property insurance from Tennessee Farmers.

The rental properties are in Upper East Tennessee, so that makes sense even though we aren't farmers & we live in an adjoining state (Virginia).
