Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with renting timeshares from him. I am about to rent Polo Towers and he has requested a ck be deposited in to his bank account. Is this the normal way of payment for timeshares??
tks in advance for your responses.

I dont know W Morgan, but I will say that There is no normal way to rent timeshares.

The first question for you however isnt; how do you pay? Your first question should be; Is there really a reservation made, and then, Have I been made the guest. Dont pay at all if you question this.

I find my guests generally like to put a third party between me and them for payments...pay pal works well.

I dont accept checks under any circumstances from a first time renter, even if you deposit them directly to my bank...However If you wanted to deposit cash to my account, I would accept that
