Rental cars on Oahu during coronavirus

We were talking about this at work yesterday.
 
Interesting photo. If those are just rental cars, it's a strong indicator of how many there are on the island at a given moment. How many times have you gone to pick up a rental car and the garage is empty, or nearly so? That would mean the rest are out on the roads.
