It took me about 5 seconds on Google to find their website. What are you wanting to do with that company? I see they offer a few different services.

The domain looks like it was created just this year. So fairly new. A bunch of the links on their site don't go anywhere and I am always leery of a website that doesn't provide contact information or any information as to who the people are behind the business.

Why not just rent them out yourself and save all the fees? The Help & Advice section (in blue at the top of this page) has lots of info and tips on renting and even some sample rental agreements to copy/use.

I don't have any direct experience. The website was just registered in March 2025, but every company has to start some time. It does look like there are real people behind it with names. Though I didn't see any contact information, some of the Blog articles name the people who operate the site. Looking it over, this seems to be what they offer. Looking up the names online, it turns up what may be someone who is in real estate. His personal Facebook profile shows some testimonials, though you can't always go by them.
The important thing is that they don't charge you money upfront for anything. You get paid after the rental and they keep whatever portion for their profit.
