Remove closed resorts from the TUG Marketplace?

I noticed today that there are still some for-sale ads up for e.g. Kauai Beach Villas, a resort that has been closed since January. I'm wondering if it is worth the effort to go through and remove closed/bankrupt resorts from the Marketplace?

all listings expire within 90 days by default, so if its been closed since January someone has specifically renewed their listing if it still shows up in the marketplace?

This would not be the first time that someone (a) did not know what they owned or (b) was not entirely ethical.

have removed those listings, though they were posted by the same broker...and have been listed in the marketplace since last year.

id guess they were simply renewed without realizing the resort was no longer in operation.
