Reliable Transfer Company Suggestions Please!

Hello. First post. Giving away my timeshare for HGVC and I have an interested party. I would like to utilize a highly reputable title transfer agent (attorney?) for the transaction. Buyer will pay. Any solid recommendations?
 
This is who I use - they are Tuggers, they get high marks on TUG, and they are efficient and inexpensive - usually less than $250.

LT Transfer is great. I've only used their services for the numerous timeshare transactions that I've conducted over the years.

I am a lawyer. I have used LT Transfer a couple of occasions, and they have been nothing but professional.

Thanks all for the useful reference. I'm purchasing a timeshore where the only cost is for the transfer. So this is the solutiion I need for completion of the sale!
