REHOMED - Free Ocean Landings Hotel Unit, Cocoa Beach, Trades with Interval, $333 Annual MF

This is my dad's unit. He's looking to get rid of his final unit (my wife and I have already taken the other 2 units previously and use them to trade in II)

1. Annual Week 34. This year August 24-31.
2. MF is $333/year. This is a hotel unit.
3. This year's week has not been paid for. Open to if someone want to pay for this year or just start to pay for next year (and my parent's would just use this year).
4. Note - most people that get these units just use them for trading in Interval. We've still had good success with this, especially in Flexchange.
5. The resort accepts quit claim deed, I think there is a $10 court fee and that is it.

No plans. I did see someone else posted a 1 bedroom, but I'm guessing you want the hotel unit as a low cost trader.
