We are here at NCV, and I just thought I’d let you all know that they are completely redoing the 2800 building, in case a newly remodeled villa is on your priority list. The parking by this building is filled with dumpsters, rows of brand new washers and dryers, they are painting the outside of the building, and work is going on in the units. Our maintenance fees going to good work.
They also have new tables with umbrellas at the main pool, and the putting green has been upgraded with new turf, flag poles and flags. And we saw this last year, but if you have little children, the pools in the 1000 area is awesome….a splash park area with two water slides, a big bucket that drops water onto the little ones underneath, a zero entry pool, padded loungers, and tables with fire pits and couches, along with a huge jacuzzi.
