My understanding is that you can update feedback but if you miss the deadline, you lose your ability to leave any at all.

A few red marks on their account should make them shuffle their feet a little faster.

Threatening negative feedback and credit card charge-backs was the only thing that got any movement out of IA Vacations and whoever it was that was doing the closing at the time I bought a timeshare from them a few years back.
