I have seen so many negative feedback about this ebay company (redweek4less, redweeks4less, all-timevacations, etc... which are the same company as IA vacations) and wanted to post my experience here.
I purchased a Marriott week from this company on late December, paid on early January. There was no update until mid-Feb, so I contacted seller and asked an update.
(To be honest, I was very nervous for this purchase due to bad feedbacks)
On Monday, closing company said my new deed was recorded and sent to Marriott for account change.
They didn't ask me for a copy of DL or passport which is a mandatory for Marriott transfer.
Still I have no clue about how they submitted account transfer form without my DL copy.
But when I disputed paypal charge, which happened when I couldn't see a new deed on Riverside county public records, Noah of IA vacations contacted me and sent a new deed.
I am still waiting for a call from Marriott (I asked what is missed other than DL copy and also asked if a deed looked ok), but so far, it looks ok.
Noah replied fast to my questions.
However, I still don't get what closing company is doing (property relief).
Danny didn't respond to my e-mails and I was never asked for a copy of DL or passport.
So it is my experience for the most recent purchase from redweek4less on ebay.
I bought a week from them 4 years ago, and closing co. was American timeshare closing co.
Hope my experience can help new buyers on ebay.
Buyers, always do your due diligent before you pay money.
Paypal will accept your dispute within 45 days from the payment date, and credit card co. will accept dispute up to 60 days from the payment.

I have just finished an email to Danny and Noah letting them know that if I don't see a copy of the notarized deed by end of this month, I will dispute the charge on my credit card, as by March 2nd it will be 60 days since I paid for the week.

I paid on January 2nd. After weeks of silence, i emailed and asked if they recorded a deed. They said they need to order the original deed from the county. I told them the deed can be downloaded for free in 30 seconds from the county website. Then they said the power of attorney format has changed and they need a new one from the owner. Almost a month later, after more inquiries, I am told a deed was sent to recording, but they cannot show me the deed because of confidentiality issues! Are you kidding me, I paid for the property and I am the new owner, how could you not show me a copy of the deed? No title company refuses to show a copy of the deed, even the ones on eBay that belong to PCC's.

Long story short, I will dispute the transaction with Capital One unless I have a deed or a refund by end of month.

I'm glad I canceled my transaction with them after reading poor feedback in other threads and their F rating with the BBB.
