Doesn't the renter just pay the rental price + any taxes. What non tax charges would Redweek need to show them?

The renter pays the owners rent, any taxes including local or state resort taxes, and a RedWeek service fee. Click as if to book some of the listings and you will see the detail.

I get that, but below is what you said. What else are you wanting the renter to see?
This would be even more helpful if the non-tax charges added to the renters side were shown. It's very easy for Redweek to double dip. Afterall, the renter is looking at the total cost of the rental.

If you run more than one Verified rental, you get a 5 dollar discount on the verified after the first one. Redweek is very generous.

I was feeling pretty appreciated by a generous RedWeek when I started receiving the discount per rental. However, it all fell apart when they announced they were going to assess me $99 for each rental when I was paid.

I really think RedWeek has changed from a listing service to a carefully disguised real estate operation. It might work if the full service real estate people would learn to answer the phone - who wants to leave a message for a RedWeek real estate person and get a call back in a few days if at all?

The RedWeek listings now only show the rent due to the owner. I want the renter to see the total "all in price" on the RedWeek listing - rent, RedWeek service fees, sales taxes, and local or state mandated resort fees? Right now, the listings are a mixed bag unless you open the listing.

If you click on one with a verified and protected and then do a request to book and click on the breakdown of the taxes and fees it will show this:
I am assuming it is everything except the listing fee and the $99 fee to the owner when booked.

I'm just suggesting the total cost to the renter be disclosed - without the necessity of going through each rental. Why hide the total cost of the rental?

It's quite common in the industry. Even on hotel websites.

After all this, I suspect base rents listings will increase $99 plus. I think we need to watch RW carefully as they move from a listing service to the more real estate commission-based side. But, I don't know if their sleepy full-service listing personnel could keep up with any more listings.

Is there anything in the notices that is not true?
YES! There is no $88 for housekeeping at Westin. There are no obstructed views for my oceanfront center units.
There are no rules for my Shell reservations because it's Shell and not Wyndham. So why add that? These are big turnoffs for almost every reservation I have made. RW has no right to do that to my owned weeks.
