I just purchased a Redweek listing to resell a Westin Kaanapali North deed. The main page listing does not show "Oceanfront "even though I entered it into our listing and it searches by "Oceanfront." I noticed that this information shows for the RedWeek Realty listings,

I also noticed that none of the amenities boxes that I checked are added to the lisitng even though the form asks for them. I also uploaded photos as the system requests but they don't post. I tried this several times.

It appears that posting details are available only to those who buy a Redweek Membership whereas the Redweek Realty listings have all the details available to the public.

I am wondering if cookies on my system are preventing me from seeing the details. Below is my listing. Can you see the details?

I notified customer service, but if this turns out to be a "DIY feature" do you have suggestions on other places to post this? (I posted on TUG)

This is what I see in the listings. It does show as Oceanfront and the full description is in the text. Is this all you get for these Odd year oceanfront weeks? Have you checked the ROFR.net database to see if that will pass?:

Thanks @rickandcindy23 are you logged in when you see this? or do you see the detail when you search from public (not member)? If the latter, this is hopeful.

I see the detail as a member of RW.

When I open the ad, it does not show Oceanfront anywhere in the description. Only on the search results page.

Thanks @HudsHut. It is hard to know what the public sees. That is my concern. Redweek responded and said to "try updating again, logout and login" but the OceanFront on the header, the checked box amenities and my photo of the view still do not show up.

This is what I see. I am logged in to Redweek, but my membership expired so I can only see some of the actual listing.

I don't see this specific listing, but the view does show up in the green box of a resale listing.

I followed the link you provided which takes you to an actual post from someone with the user name TS Owner. It says Oceanfront in the unit details. It also shows ocean front when looking at the full list of units posted for sale. I don't have a membership, so this is the view to the general public.
