I doubt there is a better rental/resale website for Marriotts than Redweek.

After securing 2 MOW plat OFs at good prices recently I decided my MOW plat+ OS was expendable so I listed it 2 weeks ago on RW at what I thought was a fair price $20,400, where I am paying closing.

Almost immediately got a low offer of $15k which of course I rejected. Then earlier in the week 2 more kicked the tires.

On Tuesday I received an offer I accepted immediately. At my asking price, willing to pay immediately.

Certainly a good 15-20% more than I think ebay would have brought.

Good timing just before our trip allows us to really enjoy ourselves without feeling we're breaking the bank which we are by buying Disney tickets but now we don't have to take out a loan to afford them.

Joe, congrats on a good transaction. Happy to see the tweaks to the ownership and the good price via red week !

Still hoping for a MOC cocktail one of these years...

Best,

Greg

The higher-end TSs seem to be holding resale value pretty well and maybe increasing a little...

Nice job! We have been thinking about buying a Platinum week at MOW. It will be better once our son is school aged - which will be soon. They start school at the end of Aug here in MD so we would always be fighting for that third week week in Aug.

Congrats Joe. Nice to see you got your asking price for a very good and valuable week.
