Does my recession letter to Wyndham be worded a specific way? It says in my contract to see the CA public report for an explanation, however I cannot find that it was sent to me. When i googled it, it says I should put the name of my timeshare plan and the DRE number on it… I can’t find either on my contract, anyone know where I might find it?
This is the draft letter I written out so far:

This is a formal written request to cancel the contract and any charges associated with the contract that was signed 07/02/2024 at Anaheim, CA. We hereby elect to cancel our purchase of the time-share interests in the above-name time-share plan.
An email requesting to cancel was sent on 07/03/2024, one day after the contract was signed, please see a copy enclosed.
Per our legal right, please cancel the contract, refund any and all charges made and cancel any and all future charges.
Please send confirmation receipt of our request to cancel as well as confirmation once the membership has been canceled and all charges has been refunded.
We are not interested in a resale, beneficiary transfer or any other ownership opportunities.
Thank you for your prompt assistance in this matter.
Is that good enough? Just really do not want to miss anything and then coming back saying well you didn’t include the DRE number so now you are still stuck owing us $xx,xxx!!
