I apologize if this question has been answered a billion times, but I am having trouble with searching specifically for the answer. I have been trying to search RCI but have had no luck and find the interface very unfriendly to the user. Do I need to sign up for RCI somehow OUTSIDE of the Wyndham interface to have more success?

Yes, I signed up for TUG - subscriber, actually, but new, so I do not have login that reflects that as of yet:)

I had a heck of time at first using the RCI/Wyndham interface and then after much time on hold waiting to speak with the RCI tech area, they told me to look up at the browser address bar. If there was what looks like a ragged piece of paper, this means that somehow the link is not connecting properly or something like that. I would have to click on the ragged piece of paper and follow through and then possibly get out and then get back in. Eventually I got it to work and now I can happily say that I have had no problems using the interface.

Good Luck!
