RCI Portal?

Anyone else having issues getting into RCI through the Wyn Portal? It opens the "terms/conditions on RCI but it is just blank.

I know they changed stuff last weekend, is anyone else having issues?

Just got the same thing. It's the first time I have tried to log in via Wyndham since the "update".
 
Just tried it, am having the same issue :shrug: This is also my first time logging in after update.
 
I still got the issue and don't have time to call tech support until the weekend. Hopefully they will get it fixed before than, at least it seems to be a somewhat common issue for everyone with a PC.
 
It seems to be a problem with the newer versions of Internet Explorer. I also had problems getting past the terms/conditions page, but when I clicked on the "Compatibility view" icon (looks like a torn page) between the URL and Reload icon in my version, everything started to work.

I'm able to get in, but my RCI exchange into DVC has disappeared. Fortunately, it has not disappeared on Disney's side of things. Of course, I'm brand new to Wyndham/RCI and maybe this is normal. :shrug:
 
I am using Mozilla FireFox 3.6.21. Whether I use "Default User Agent" or "Internet Explorer 8.0" (compatibility), I still can not use the site. Sounds like RCI/Wyndham set the site to use a certain browser, and any other does not work.
 
Safari works on a Mac

I have tried from three different machines using IE and Firefox and can't get in to the RCI Portal via Wyndham.

The only thing that works for me is Macintosh with Safari.

i sent email to feedback@rci.com and received no response. Wyndham says they are aware of the problem but provide no ETA.

This is Wyndham's response:

Hello Mr. Simpson,

Thank you for contacting CLUB WYNDHAM® regarding your RCI Online account.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and for our delay in providing a response to your e-mail. At this time, you may only access your RCI Membership through your online Club Wyndham account. You may have to adjust your screen resolution in your display settings for the RCI page to show up correctly. If you continue to have this issue with your RCI online account, please contact RCI directly at 1-800-572-0931 (Monday–Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm EST/Saturday–Sunday 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST).
(The rest cut out that has nothing to do with the issue).

Does it work? I highly doubt it, since screen resolution will not change issues with Internet Explorer/Firefox/Safari. So, call RCI to get a resolution!
