RCI points question: 'Pointe On The Bay' (MD)

I have never used the RCI exchange system and therefore have no experience from which to draw -- so I'm looking to see if anyone is able to help with some basic info on a specific resort.

I'm curious to know if anyone can advise the point structure for 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units for the 'Pointe On The Bay' resort in Ocean City, MD for the Fall or Spring time frames? I don't have the points this year, but would love to see if I could plan on doing something next year (or the year after).

Wyndham points in rci or rci points?
In normal non covid times the pointe on the Bay is rarely available in the nicer weather parts of Fall and Spring. Usually nothing after mid April or earlier than late October.
