Hello - I own two 2 bedroom annual units at Grandview both are Red Week on is WK 11, and other is WK 13. I have always got 98,000 points for each unit every year. My contracts when I bought them years ago showed them as 98K contracts and the RCI Points directory show they are 98,000 point weeks.

But in 2025 I never noticed something and then it happened again in 2026 I only noticed because when I logged in my account yesterday to book something with my stash of points. In 2025 they added my 196K total points then deducted 49,000 and again deducted 49,000 making a total only 98,000 being deposited vs 196,000

The exact same thing happened in August this year. I called RCI Today and rep tells me one contract is only odd years and other annual that is why you only got 98,000 she did not tell me which one and says I need to follow up with Vacatia. So I log in shows both by contracts shows both 2BD and both Annual. So I call them they tell me they are both being deposited to RCI and she says they are both 49K units quite different than what RCI shows. So I chat with RCI Again, person a bit more helpful but still say one only odd years. So I said suppose your right then why did they sub track points in 2025.

I give her screen shot of my contracts on Vacatia site and she would have to upgrade my support to a customer support specialist. She did confirm WK 11 was on they were say was only odd years.

Oddly this all happened at time Daily Resort Management changed to Vacatia, I did not notice because I did not use any points last year.

Any idea how I get this resolved. I attached point statement. I will add I have never paid resort or RCI late either.

I've always found RCI Points statements a bit difficult to follow so I won't comment on that part.

But, I have had some issues with RCI Points after a Vacatia takeover of a resort, so I would bet the problem is on Vacatia's end.

I would agree with Free2Roam, I think you need to first reach out Vacatia, they need to make sure your contacts are showing up correctly with RCI.
Getting a Vacatia rep to get on the horn with RCI, that will probably take some time and you'll have to the squeky wheel.
