I cannot understand how to do an ongoing search on the RCI website. I go under search for vacations, ongoing search, fill in the details and click continue but then when I log out and back in again, the ongoing search is gone. I have tried to save it in my favourites but it won't save. Even though I have nothing in my favourites, it keeps saying my favourites are full.

Are you looking to save a search (favorites) so you can manually search without filling out the parameters each time or are you looking to start an ongoing search where you pay the exchange fee and the system will attempt to make the match/hold for you as it is deposited?

Are you paying the exchange fee?

I've had many problems with RCIs website. I'd call. A positive of calling after you tried to do the OCS online and failed, is that the RCI rep has the authority to wave the OCS fee until a match is made. :whoopie:
