RCI Last Call All-Inclusive

I'm doing some research on using RCI's Last Call option and was wondering about the Mandatory All-Inclusive. Does the cost of the Last Call reservation include the Mandatory AI fees, or are there fees on top of the booking? When I went to "hold" or "confirm" a reservation, there was nothing additional added.

It does not. Wishful thinking though...
You pay the resort directly for the AI fee. Some resorts are paid at the time of check-in, others require prepayment prior to arrival.
