RCI Incomplete List of Deposits

I am unable to access my complete list of deposits when in the RCI "Exchange Weeks" System.

All I see are the oldest 3 deposits to exchange against. The "view more deposits" (written in red at bottom of list) just disappears when I click on it.

On another computer in our house, all the deposits show up (about a dozen more).

RCI thinks that means something is blocking it from appearing on my computer. Any guesses as to what might be causing this?

I have cleared out cookies and temporary internet files, so that should not be an issue.

I'd appreciate anyone who can help.

Have you tried using a different browser? RCI doesn't work very well with the Firefox I usually use, so I switch over to IE for them.

I have the same problem when using Safari on a Mac. If I use IE on a PC, it works fine.

YES, used different browser

Aloha,

Thanks for the two initial replies and suggestions, BUT yes, I have used both Internet Explorer 6 and AOL.

Please keep those suggested solutions coming...:whoopie:

My theory is RCI has some sort of traffic limiting software and in time of high usage only displays the first three deposits in an account.

It is not Browser related as at another time I can go in and display them all using the same Browser. It also does not seem computer related as all my computers seem subject to it at the same time.

It may be that your web browser has pop up blocking. I have more than 3 units in my weeks account and by clicking on the more I am able to view all my other weeks.

Vincent.

RCI Deposits continue to be limited viewing

Thanks again for the additional suggestions...but disabling pop-up blockers has no effect. Similarly, time of day makes no difference in my ability to access the additional RCI deposits.

I also went to the trouble to update from IE 6.0 to version 7.0, but that also has no effect.:(

I have also heard from one other person, who suggested that our computer RAM might need to be upgraded...from the current 1MB RAM. Does anyone think that could help?

I really appreciate all the fine minds that have pondered our problem...and encourage anyone else to chime in with a suggested solution.

Hopefully you have more than 1MB of RAM, I think you mean 1GB of RAM.

Sorry I don't have anymore suggestion, this seem a bit odd.

Vincent.
