Is there a way to get your search to hit again on a resort and night that you previously matched but didn't take? Our schedule has changed, but I am worried now that we won't get the match that I didn't take that would now work for us.

Not without putting your choice on hold. If you don't accept the exchange, it goes back into the 'pool' for anyone to take. 'Course there's always blind luck.

Did you leave your ongoing search in place? If so, it may have gone to someone else who has it on hold and throws it back again. So it might hit.

I've had the same unit show up on an ongoing search up to three times.

If you cancelled your ongoing search and have to restart it, it will put you further back in line. So that may hurt your chances further.

Hope it works out for you.

If you don't change anything, supposedly the exact same deposit will not match your search. However, if a different unit becomes available it may match, depending on your priority in the queue. If you have another week with RCI you could set up another search, just to be sure. Or, I believe, if you modify your current search, it kind of resets things. At last, that has been my experience. Modifying a search does not change your priority.

Thanks. I was thinking of taking SSR off the search, and then putting it back on, and hoping it would match when new deposits became available.

Nicole, I was just going to suggest that. I think that should work.

I was wondering if you were on vacation this week. The boards have been quiet! Thanks for the suggestion. I changed my searches up this morning, and will see what the next few weeks bring. The deposits went in on December 10, so I may have missed the boat.
