RCI EOY Program? (newbie questions)

Does RCI offer a special membership for someone owning an Every other Year (EOY) timeshare? Must full membership be paid every year, even though it can only be exchanged EOY?

Additionally, if I own an ODD year at one property, and an EVEN year at another property, do I pay a single membership fee?

RCI's subscriptions are not designed to be renewed sporadically from one year to the next. There may be a $200 USD reinstatement fee if your subscription lapses. It would be administratively difficult and expensive for us to renew, cancel, reinstate, cancel, etc. Even on the off years for your timeshare ownership, you may request exchange vacations as well as Extra Vacations and Nightly stays.
