I can't get the RCI deposit calculator to work it tells me trade value not available. Anyone else getting this error? I hope this is not something that has to do with the "enhancements" !!!

I've had consistent problems using the deposit calculator as well. The last time I used it, I was able to get it sort of working when on a Windows system using Internet Explorer. The stupid thing would just not work on my Mac in Google Chrome or Safari, nor on my Ubuntu system in Chrome. I have a feeling that you might have to be using IE on Windows for that feature to work. Hopefully they fix this with the "enhancements" this weekend.
yowzator,
I use the deposit calculator all the time on my MacBook Pro and iMac using Chrome. No problems....
On the other hand, I've had real problems making exchanges in anything but Chrome, even after they supposedly fixed some "old software issues" that had been lingering in my Weeks Account.
One can hope that this weekend will be the cure for all that ails RCI's computer system... but I don't have nearly as high expectations.

I thought I had used it on my MacBook Pro before as well, but when I tried the other day, it just plain wouldn't work in Chrome or Safari. Thanks for confirming it has worked before!
Their web site is complete crap, I'm embarrassed for them when using it. I'm hoping this upgrade will help improve things, but that's probably too much to wish for.
Well its fixed so must have been just at the moment. Glad I was able to check as I am getting 44 TPU's for a Christmas 2011 deposit. Thats good enough for me. Not bad for only 2 1/2 months out
