Rams Horn Village Resort - RCI Gold Crown Resort
• 2 master suite bedrooms
• 2 Full bath
• Full Kitchen
• **Hot tub behind unit #29
• Pull out sofa bed
• Gas fireplace
Priority Unit #29:
• You'll have first dibs on unit #29 otherwise you can reserve any equal or lesser unit at the resort regardless of which unit you own.
Floating weeks:
• 1 - Red Week (21-39, 51-52)
• 1 - White Week (1-20, 40-50)
• 1 - Blue Week (treated as white week)
Maintenance Fees:
• 2026 have been paid (I currently have 2026 up for rent)
• $977 per week (2025 pricing)
• Due at the time of reserving or end of year whichever comes first
Occupancy: 6 individuals
Usage: 2026 may be used but are currently up for rent. Reservations haven't been made for 2027. You can book 2 years in advance.
RCI Points: 11-19
Title/Deed Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees if all 3 weeks are given together.

• Resort is located down the street from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Awesome place to hike.
• Free High Speed Wireless Internet
• Presidential suite available to owners when just visiting at no cost. Comes in handy when visiting for a day or so, not intended for long stays. This is just a master suite.
