TS free. Used to own at Massanutten, Ozarks, Myrtle Beach.
Does a home above ground get radon? I know it appears in basements. DS is buying a house. Ground level is a garage and a couple rooms. Second and third story above that. They got the test done and seller now has to mitigate. DS paid the testing fee.
 
My understanding is that it is possible. Maybe not so much with a raised foundation as the radon has a chance to escape through vents but still worth having it tested.
