If so, when? Wife and I will be at Royal Caribbean (3/5 to 12)...Islander (3/12 to 19)....CAN'T WAIT
 
I don't enjoy receiving my 1 annual MF. I cannot imagine receiving multiple bills to the tune of over $1K each, for timeshares.

No one "enjoys" paying....Karen seems to have no problem.....Maybe it's time for u to sell..No such thing as a "free lunch"

If I could sell for a fraction of the residual value of what I paid, I would have already done so. No, I'll hang in there as long as the math for renting it out comes out in my favor. The year the scale tips, it's gone.

No one but a fool expects a free lunch.

Buyers remorse? Oh yeah..
 
I'll be at Royal Sands in April.

Haven't been to Cancun in many moons.

We used to know the "can't wait" feeling, barely dodged 30" of snow and made it to Cancun. So we'll be gone before you arrive. I don't know why Phydeaux keeps repeating on TUG (and every other site) that his ts is worth less than he paid, we all know that :crash:. He rents it out every year way more than the MFs and still constantly slams the place :shrug:. When just my wife and I here, we rent out the LO, pays 60-70% of the MF, yes used to pay 90%...maybe again someday, maybe not. Have a great trip, ours is :banana:
 
Weeks 8&9 at Royal Haciendas. Rented our March week at Marriott Canyon Villas, rental income enough to cover Marriott maintenance fees and full week 8 villa at RH.

Buceo, he/she has big time Buyers Remorse, as said......Enjoy the rest of vacay!!!....I'm 36 days away...Oh Yeah!!!

Soon to eat there for the 4th time in 2 weeks. Will have had the seafood soup every time. Have a great trip. Using their bikes a lot this year. Great weather to boot.
 
Half of week 6 and all week 7 at the Royal cancun.. (VCI) doing the AI and I will eat like a king! My youngest is 11 and wants to know if we are getting the free food and drinks again this year!

We will be there also for 6 &7 .Los Murales for Valentine's Day. Lock off somewhere for week 6. H463 for 7. Stop by. I make a pretty good Margarita!:banana:
