I searched all over but cannot find the answer to these questions. I am considering getting a week.

1. On the deed it shows float, and the unit is an oceanfront unit when I look at the view map. Does this mean it's a float oceanfront? It's not float/float? It does not specify anywhere on the deed that it is oceanfront, at least that I can find.

2. Can you book Christmas and New Year's with this unit?

Thank you, still learning this system!

I asked a similar question here about deeded weeks and float vs fixed awhile back when we were researching, and the answer is somewhat complicated. Hope this helps!

Thank you, I have seen that thread, which is what prompted me to post the questions I have.

Should the deed spell out oceanfront or is it considered oceanfront through the unit purchased on the deed?
