Questions about Tranquility Bay, Antigua

I am a little confused as to why this property is now named Tranquility Bay in the II dierctory, whereas it is still Jolly Beach in RCI.

But my more pertinent query is the following are there additional fees/government taxes charged by the resort?

Also, can anybody tell me about the one bedrooms? The floorplan of the one bedroom show it to have two balconies. Is this correct?

We did a name change in January the year and as we are an affiliate of II the change was updated in their system immediately. We currently have no formal arrangement with RCI, so they are carrying our old information.

There are no additional Resort fees or Government taxes. All fees and taxes are included in the charge from interval.

Yes, it is correct the one bedrooms have two balconies. These units are located at the corners of each building on the 1st and 2nd floors, and as such have a regular sized balcony that is accessed from the bedroom, and a smaller second one that is accessed from the living room.
