Questions about adding resale points to BG account

I currently own 20K annual BG points. I would like to add a few more points, so that I have at least 22K per year. When I click on my account # in BG, it says this "E: Annual ownerships are billed at a flat rate of $340 per owner, plus $0.05260 per Point" So, if I were to win 5K annual points off eBay, would I only pay the extra $263 per year (5000x.056)? If my current MFs are due in March and the new points are due in Nov, would they get the same due date? If so, would it be March or Nov?

I can't answer about when the MF is due because I seem to pay all of my maint fees in November but yes, you are correct about the $263.

In order for that to happen you have to purchase your ownership in the same trust fund and sales type. If you purchased your original ownership directly from BG in the last few years it is most likely Trust fund E, Sales Type Y. Call Bluegreen and ask. And then When you purchase your resale contract from eBay or elsewhere, make sure it is the same trust fund and sales type.

I will look for some info and BR. About different sales types and what that means.
Sometimes in the first year they mess up and try to bill you for Club fees twice. Just keep an eye on your account and let them know the error if you see it.

This is an older post, numbers have changed

"Trust Fund E regardless of sales type has the $330 base + $0.0503 per point fee
Sales Type Y bills maint fee in October due November 15
Sales Type A bills maint fee 30 days prior to point earn date and fees are due the first day of the following month."

Thanks for the info GrayFal. My trust fund seems to be E because of the notice I get when I click on my account, but my sales type must not be Y because my MFs are due in March, not Nov. These were purchased on the resale market.

Just to make sure I'm clear, do the old contract and new contact both have to be trust fund E, sales type Y or will it still work if both are trust fund E but different sales types? For example, assuming my sales type is A, can I mix my points with another trust fund E, sales type A and still pay one base fee?

It also says this "Please note: The flat fee of $340 will only be applied to one account. This applies to both annual and biennial ownerships."

It is just easier if they are all the same. And with the large number of contracts being given away practically free it will just be easier if you find a contract that is the same as what you have.

And yes, trust fund E will only have one base fee.
