HI!

I am looking to buy a resale from ebay. When I buy the wyndham points through ebay, does that mean I am already in the fairshare plus program and that I can use the points in any Wyndham. And if it states on the ebay page that the RCI membership fees are already paid for. This is what it stated "Being a Wyndham owner, your RCI membership is included (Savings of $89). " But the Rci membership needs to be renewed every year right? Also, is there an annual fairshare plus program membership fee?

Thanks!

Fairshare Plus is the "name" for the points system and it includes either an RCI or II paid yearly membership. The choice of the exchange system is whatever resort you buy first into the points system and that resort's afflication. Star Island is II as is Governors' Green and Royal Vista ==> although Wyndham might assign you to RCI unless you insist you want II.

So as a member of the Fairshare Plus, you can book any available unit for the available points you own and have not used in that use year.

The Fairshare Plus fee is listed separately on your owners account, along with each contract number and the maintenance fee.

Hope this helps.
