If I acquire another Hyatt deed with 2025 usage, and the owner makes a 2025 reservation for me, will the Resv. transfer, or be cancelled? THANK YOU!

When I bought Hyatt a few years ago, all points transferred, but the reservations did not. Not sure if anything changed.

The same thing happened to me. They took their time transferring the points so much that they were all LCUP and not much time to use them.

Of course when I purchased I did not know there were points to transfer. I was “forced”to use them at the Highlands Inn 😀.

From my experience, if the owner makes a reservation in the account and the deed transfers to you, the reservation transfers with the account. I had the reverse situation. I sold a Hyatt timeshare and had made a reservation, and when the timeshare transferred on sale, my reservation appeared in the new owner's account

Good to know! Was the reservation specified in your purchase agreement?

Our agreement is that although I was selling the deeded Hyatt timeshare, I was keeping the existing reservations. We weren't sure how this work but upon transfer, when the contract disappeared from my Hyatt profile and appeared in the buyer's profile, we discovered that the reservations now appeared in his Hyatt account, so we had to put them back in my name using guest certificates.

Sold a week recently, the reservation I made for the owned week transferred to the new owner.
