Quarter House Resort Units Explained

No natural lighting sounds terrible. To the extent of being a dealbreaker!
We own a week in 232A-B we enjoy the quietness of the B side. We aren’t in the room much. The courtyard is always nice to relax in.

I think we might like the quietness too, if we also had access to the side with natural light. Im not sure what we’ll do, it will depend on what retrade options present themselves. We would like to visit New Orleans.

What is the kitchen like in the B side?

I have some pictures. For some reason I am unable to upload photos. Will try again over the weekend.

I know I’m reviving an old thread but I have an II exchange into Quarter House in Jan 2025 and I just saw on my confirmation that the unit is 232B, a 1BR. Does anyone know which side of this lock off has the balcony? Or anything about the B side?

Years ago, I had seen that Unit 232, had over 1,500 square feet and has three (3) full bathrooms and I have been looking for a resale in that unit ever since...

The unit is on a corner, The B side is roomie, I believe a little over 500sq ft. I would say it is more space ( living area wise ) than the A side. Yes 3 full bathrooms, when you enter the A side there is a hall way leading to the living area. I feel that helps with privacy and noise between the two rooms. Will try and upload a few pics later.

Sorry for the delay. This the B side.

Thanks. So there are windows, but they are fake?
No it is real. It real close to another Building. I believe there is maybe an A/C unit near. Maybe the 3rd or 4th floor might get light. We don’t open the curtain. The washer and dryer is on the A side. Does have a safe in the closet.
