May I ask who you are using to complete the closing/transfer? The attorney we were referred to is not very responsive.I have am waiting to complete the closing on the purchase of a 2 BR, 2BA at QH, week 8. We stayed there 20 years ago, and our daughter stayed there last year with positive experiences. Parking is a negative, but not surprising for the French Quarter. As I understand it, the Outfield Group push for conversion to II points is not mandatory for deeded owners. I am certainly not interested.

Love my QH weeks, they are fantastic traders in RCI, especially given the lower-than-average maintenance fees.
Sometimes the furniture can be a bit dated but the location is superb.
The whole building is outdated! The furniture fits right in!
It certainly is outdated but there probably isn't a better place for exploring the French Quarter, imo. We really liked the place because of the location.

Nina and Nikki do not return phone calls, nor respond to emails. So very frustrated.
@Sugarcubesea -- I'm VERY familiar with the FQ. To the point I do go out alone at night. It's things specific to the Qtr Hse I can't seem to get nailed down.
I have yet to receive anything other than a bill. And only a bill for one u it. Not both. I would think a new owner should receive some type of informational package. For example, I know you are supposed to provide your intent for use. How do I do that? When do I do that. It really frustrates me that no one responds. I think that I usually receive a paper to fill out about usage with my maintenance fee bill. I didn't get one this year as I recall, but I had already deposited the week, so maybe that is why. I agree that you need to get to the bottom of the missing invoice.
