i have my timeshare title and deed being transferred and was wondering if anyone had a blank purchase agreement that they wouldn’t mind if it could use.

I recall that LT Transfer (Legal Timeshare Transfer co.) has sample forms on their website. I think that two of the biggest things to nail down in an agreement is who is responsible for which year's maintenance fees, special assessments (if any) and taxes. And secondly, what is the first year's usage?

I am not clear on your second question. Would you explain what you mean...Do you mean, once the title is transferred, does the seller still have any usage?
[I would assume not.] Is it about cancelling reservations that the seller may have made? Thanks.
