The Margaritaville Rio Mar listing repeats all their units twice .. there is a rundown of studios, deluxe studios, one bedroom deluxe, one bedroom presidential and three bedroom presidential all repeated for accessible and for ocean view and mountain view. But then the whole set is repeated over again!
And the sizes are all different! for example the one bedroom presidential shows in one set as 1117 sq. feet and then in the other set as 785 sq. feet. Both of these have the same floorplan. Some of the studios show larger size than the smaller presidential size.
For extra confusion the points chart is also repeated twice .. once called 'Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham' and the other just called 'Club Wyndham'. Units on both of these points charts cost the same points, but the second chart omits some unit types.
Has anyone been here in the 1 br presidential? Any clue if there are two sizes of these or just 1?
