The email I used in December to make a reservation is
sunset.vescamilla@pueblobonito.com.mx I usually cc an additional email address as the reservation email address seems to change once in a while as you are experiencing.
If that one doesn't work let me know and I'll go back and see what others I've used.

You can log in with your resort, contract number, and last name.
I own at PB Emerald Bay and when I log in at this site, I click on the FAQ link on the right of the page. There, I can see a heading of, "Depositing with RCI / Club Pueblo" and email addresses of people to contact for reservations under that. The FAQ is a little out of date, but you could check on the Sunset Beach FAQ to see what it says.

Thanks for posting that information. The contract number can be found on your last maintenance fee bill from Concord Servicing and it's just the last four digits of a longer string of numbers. It's also on your original certificate of ownhership.
